We hold, we advocate, we listen, we step in, we step back, we offer our own individual wisdom, we nourish and hydrate.
We are in service of women and families to help reach better outcomes in births and postpartum.
Shipping And Returns
Shipping Policy
Our commitment to our customers is to ensure the quality of the products we receive and endeavour to get these products to you in perfect condition.
Here are some really interesting dot points about our shipping:

We are located Melbourne, Victoria.

Our shipping is a flat-rate of $9.99 and free for orders over $99. This is valid for Australian orders only.

We will pack your order within one business day of payment received.

Your order will be shipped within one business day of being packed.

You should receive your package within 5 business days, depending on where you live

In exceptional circumstances (Christmas, Mothers Day, COVID-19) please be aware that there may be delays in packing and shipping. Please order with enough in advance for this and please be patient, we promise we are doing the best we can.
Returns policy
This period of your life has enough stress and worry so if you receive a faulty or defective product, please take a photo and let us know within 7 days of receiving your order and we will offer you a replacement or full refund.
We doubt this will happen, but if you do receive an incorrect item or order, or your order is damaged on arrival, please take a photo and contact us within 7 days of your order arriving.
Due to the nature and sensitivity of the products that we sell we cannot offer exchanges and we do not offer returns on change of mind.
